Inherent in this annual policy forum is the premise that the government will have to play a material role in helping to better protect Americans against identity theft and identity related cybercrime.  As we enter a new Administration that may focus on government doing less across the board - is there room for new government policies or initiatives that can help address the problem? And what might those look like?
