Tracy is the Founder of More Good Solutions and an IT and InfoSec Manager at a leading Florida commercial and residential builder. Based in South Florida, she has been hard of hearing since the age of three due to a congenital abnormality in both ears. Tracy's firsthand experience with accessibility challenges fuels her passion for leveraging technology and remote work to empower individuals with disabilities.
Through More Good Solutions, Tracy raises awareness of the barriers disabled individuals face in today's technologically diverse world. As an accessibility advocate, she works to enhance communication and promote equitable opportunities for the deaf, hard-of-hearing, and disabled communities.
Tracy recently spoke at the 2024 National Homeland Security Conference, emphasizing the critical need to integrate accessibility into information security policies. Her presentation highlighted how organizations can foster inclusivity while maintaining robust security measures.
Currently, Tracy is leading the IT and information security transformation at Hedrick Brothers Construction while continuing her education in cybersecurity. She remains committed to advocating for accessibility in information security frameworks.
